Account Executive

Experience: 0-2 Years | Job Location: Goregoan(E),Mumbai

    Job Description:

  • Prepare and file accounting data.

  • To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.

  • To complete daily entries in accounting system namely in tally and coordinate with office staff for vendor payments.

  • To maintain spreadsheets monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.

  • Prepare cash register and maintain petty cash.

  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and various day to day reports.

  • Prepare monthly data entry basic TDS as per the requirement.

  • Knowledge of MS. Office especially MS. Excel and tally
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills,knowledge of accounting rules
  • Maintain contact details and office related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of TDS and GST.
